My chips and salsa obsession rivals that of my love for all things cookies. This is a healthier version of my favorite Tollhouse cookie dough recipe. High in healthy fats and a substantial amount of protein, these bites are a great snack or substitute for that nightly sweet treat. 

INGREDIENTS
-2 tbsp chia seeds
-4 tbsp organic peanut butter
-1 tbsp pure maple syrup
-1 tbsp raw honey
-2 tbsp coconut oil
-1/4 c raw cashews
-1 scoop vanilla (or chocolate) protein powder
**I use Jay Robb's Vanilla Whey
-1 tsp cacao powder
-1 tbsp organic, fair-trade chocolate chips
  **I use the Enjoy Life brand
-few drops vanilla extract


METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Mix on med-high for 1-2 minutes or until well combined. Roll into 14-16 bite-sized balls. Store in the fridge and ENJOY the shit out of them <3 They should last about a week....
