Greek yogurt is not only great for your gut health with all of its probiotics, but it is full of protein (almost 25 grams/serving) which makes it a great snack or post-workout option. I don't fo a lot of dairy in my diet normally, but I do add in grass-fed yogurt and cheeses every so often. You are what you eat, and grass-fed is full of all the right nutrients with no added hormones, antibiotics or chemicals. Happy cows, happy life.

INGREDIENTS
-1/2 c plain Greek yogurt (I use Maple Hill Creamery)
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tbsp powdered peanut butter
-1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
-sprinkle of mini dark chocolate chips
-1 organic apple


METHOD
Mix yogurt, cinnamon, PB, and protein powder together in a small bowl....stir slowly as this can get pretty messy. Put dollop of real peanut butter on top of mixture and sprinkle chocolate chips on top of everything. Slice apple into small slices for dipping and enjoy this crack....I mean apple dip
