2. Adidas Pureboost GO

I got the chance to work with adidas this past summer and they sent me a pair of their Pureboost Go’s to try out. I really loved how versatile they were for the variety of workouts I do, and the style was functional yet cool enough to rock the athleisure look with. I just ordered my second pair…

3. Outdoor Voices Slashback Crop

I love this crop because it sits lower on your torso, making it feel like it gives you a little more coverage than a regular sports bra…not to mention the neutral tones are perfect.

What I'm Wearing...

4. Izipizi Blue Light Glasses

I bought these glasses (style E) per recommendation from a friend after hearing about how they help prevent serious eye issues for those who log major screen time (aka, me). I bought these as more for preventative measures, but have been loving them so far…I've always wanted glasses so it’s a dream come true ;)

5. Skylar WILLOW Perfume

After working with Skylar on a campaign, I fell in love with their Willow scent. It’s the perfect balance of feminine and woodsy, and it’s also made from hypoallergenic and all natural ingredients straight from Mother Nature herself.

6. Lou & Grey Ribbed Poncho

In my quest to create a capsule wardrobe, I found this poncho sweater and I have barely taken it off since I got it! Also, if you’ve owned a Lou & Grey piece of clothing, you’re seriously missing out…

What I'm Experimenting With...

7. Mushroom Milk

My coffee routine changes depending on what I think my body needs. This past month, my body has definitely felt a bit more stressed out than normal so I have been adding this medicinal mushroom powder to my morning mix. Medicinal mushrooms are adaptogens - meaning they can help your body “adapt to” the everyday stresses of life. It also tastes like horchata, without the nasty sugar or dairy!

8. Mini-Meditations

I sort of used to think that meditations had to last around 10-15 minutes…and frankly, I don’t have time for that at this point in my life. So I’ve been experimenting with mini-meditations that only last 1-3 minutes, and this is my favorite app to do so.

9. Coffee Hand Blender

My coffee routine always seems to change, but one thing definitely remains consistent…and that’s the consistency! I love blending my coffee in order to froth the milk and make it smooth and creamy. This hand blender is a great addition and even while on the road.

10. Stasher Bags

I first saw these on @shutthekaleup’s Instagram account, and have been trying to get my hands on these forever in order to take one step closer to reduce/reuse/recycle! I finally hopped on Amazon and bought a ton! They work great, wash easy, and come in a variety of sizes.
