A book that pulls on the heart strings, in addition to giving you scientific insight on life and death. 

What I'm Wearing...

2. Adidas Orange Leggings

For some reason, orange has become my new favorite color. These leggings hug you in, let you breathe, and are the coolest things on the block.

3. Overalls...for adults!

I never thought I'd see the day when I'd wear overalls as an adult. These Obey loose overalls are the most comfortable things I've ever worn!

4. Topshop Square Bodysuit

Bodysuits will always have a special place in my closet. They pair well with anything from jeans and shorts, to trousers and high-waisted skirts. Love this square neckline from Topshop!

5. Nipple Covers....yep

Real talk, I HATE bras and will not wear one if I don't have to. That's where these $26 nipple covers from Nordstroms come into play...they are a life-saver! P.S. I'm wearing the nipple covers in the bodysuit photo ;)

6. She Did It Her Way Podcast

This podcast is all about girl boss meets the real world. I love the guest speakers on this show, as they range from the bigger names all the way to the little guys. 

7. Work Vibes Playlist on Spotify

I created this playlist on spotify for those moments when you're sitting at your desk and need to get shit done, but don't want to get distracted by bad music...which happens a lot.

What I'm Using...

8. Foam Roller Ball

So I hurt my hip earlier this month, and this deep tissue roller ball has really helped me recover. It goes deep and hits all the right places, including your glutes and TFl.

9. 3-Minute Flash Mask

3-minutes, because who has time for anything else? It's also gentle enough on your skin to do weekly...especially after the cold winter months.

Because duh ;)
